Last night I viewed several YouTube video clips of dramatic plays. The clips sparked my interest. Since the plays are either not currently in production, or are on stage in other cities, I have no immediate opportunity to see them performed.

Next best thing, read the scripts. Not so easy. One in particular, Nate Edelman’s The Belle of Belfast, is not at Samuel French, not at the public library, not in general bookstores, not on Amazon. The video clips are intriguing. So wish it were easier to gain access to plays. Especially the small, powerful dramas. Wouldn’t plays profit from a wider circulation?
